Rusty, limonite in a boggy area of the Fortuna Project discovered by prospectors during the summer of 2021; limonite is a common secondary material formed by weathering of iron bearing minerals such as the pyrite and base metals (zinc, copper) occurring in the gold – silver epithermal system on the nearby Heritage Project.
