Big Sky Project (VMS)
Project located in the Valentine Lake Structural Corridor that hosts several significant VMS deposits in bimodal volcanic rocks of the Victoria Lake Group.
Copper- and zinc-rich VMS prospects at Big Sky occur along strike from the Tulks East Deposit and share the “deposit stratigraphy”, e.g., Zone A at Tulks East (4.5Mt of 2.4% Cu) is located 3 km to the southwest.
Mineralized, massive sulphide boulders on surface have assayed up to 3.86% Cu and 38.9 g/t Ag (2018 assay).
Three, closely-spaced claim blocks with a total area of 2825 hectares; good access from Highway 370 (Buchans Hwy.) through a system of forestry roads.
The project also has good potential for orogenic-style gold mineralization.
